Bozeman, Big Sky and the Gallatin Valley

Your freight lands here. It leaves as a finished room.

Receiving, inspection, storage and white-glove installation for design firms building in southwest Montana. You keep designing. We handle everything that has to be lifted.

What We Handle

Everything between the truck and the room.

Receiving

Freight comes to our warehouse instead of a jobsite with no one on it. Every piece is checked against the purchase order, opened where the packaging allows, and photographed. Concealed damage gets documented while the claim window is still open — not on install day, when it's your problem instead of the carrier's.

Storage

Indoors, blanket-wrapped and inventoried by piece. Sites run late; furniture shouldn't have to sit in a garage while they catch up. Hold a project with us between the last delivery and the install date, billed per piece for the days it's actually here.

Installation

Delivery, placement, assembly, leveling, and every carton and blanket out of the house at the end of the day. We work off your plan and your elevations. Art and mirrors hung to your marks.

Local pickups and errands

Local pickups, returns, a run to a vendor, a second trip for the piece that finally showed up. Whatever your project needs to come together, we'll take care of it.

How a Project Moves

One chain of custody, truck to room.

Every piece is logged when it arrives and tracked until it's placed, so you always know what's here, what's damaged and what's still on a truck somewhere.

1

Ship to us

Vendors ship to our Bozeman warehouse with your sidemark. We confirm each delivery against your PO.

2

Inspect & log

Pieces opened, checked and photographed. Damage reported to you the same day, while claims can still be filed.

3

Hold

Everything stays wrapped and inventoried until the site is ready, however long the build runs over.

4

Install

Delivered, placed and assembled to your plan, with packing removed and the room left ready to photograph.

Start a Conversation

Tell us about the project and the install date.

Where the site is, roughly how much is coming, and when it needs to be in the room. We'll tell you what receiving and install would look like.
